Processing Time

All in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated release date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery

While we work hard to ship every order quickly, Grail Vault cannot guarantee carrier delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
